Reset until you get Speed 3 for best performance. 

Jackie targeting should be one First and Strongest. Both Fossilized Puppets should set to Strongest.

Map & rewards.

Wave 100 rewards are 16k Bones, 7.5k Stars and 95 Souls but going to wave 200 is best for getting the most rewards out of your time. Doing so will get you 26k Bones, 19.5k Stars and 245 Souls. This is also the best way to farm Prehistoric presents as every 1k Stars is equal to 1 Prehistoric present in the Event Endless Shop.
